She has severe constipation since last 3 months. her stool is like sausage. she pass her stool every 2nd or 3rd day with severe pain but no bleeding.

Children of this age need about 1.3 liters of fluid a day so about ten 4 oz servings. Some you get in food - 20% or two 4 oz servings but the rest should be fluid .
