Many Possibilities: She could have a wide range of problems, acute infection, gastroenteritis, an std, an inflammatory disorder, crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, possibly appendicitis... the list goes on and on. It could possibly be something as simple as brief indigestion which will self resolve. Make an appointment with her pediatrician for asap. She needs a careful exam to know where to go with this!
