Sinus: This is most likely from fluid collected at the right maxillary sinus often found when sinus irrigation is employed especially when there is partial obstruction from swollen nasal turbinate. If this is the case, reducing the nasal congestion may help. However if you have had a recent head trauma (car accident etc), a fracture in the cribiform plate of the skull needs be ruled out.
