My husband hit his face about a month ago. he has a very watery nasal discharge, but also has allergy symptoms. should we worry about brain fluid leak?

Yes: Ask your doctor to check for glucose in his nasal secretion. If positive, then you need to find out where the leak is coming from (most likely from the area of the skull next to the nose). Don't delay.
