Can't grow tall but:: You can't increase height; at 23 bone's growth plates are closed. To gain weight address the causes: inadequate intake of calories, need for hydrochloric acid &/or digestive enzymes, malabsorption, inflammation of the intestines (possibly from intestinal parasites), celiac disease/food allergies,vitamin/mineral/amino acid deficiencies & hyperthyroidism.See a good GI doc or holistic/integrative doc.
