High scl70, joint pain, fatigue,palmar erythema,telangiectasias,lung fibrosis,livedo reticularis,no hard skin! Can it be Scleroderma if no hard skin?
DX Crohns disease 20yrs already. Had my colonoscopy yesterday and stricture has got worse. It is now a pinhole. Stricture made up of fibrosis and inflammation combined. Choices are multiple colonscope dilations or a third resection. Advice?
