Ice: Does it effect you? Some people have trouble with eating something cold or eating ice as it causes them to have an asthma attack. If the ice does not cause this for you then I am unaware of any issues with eating ice. It keeps you hydrated and that can be a good thing for asthma.

Eating ice: Compulsive eating of ice is not good and potentially may cause electrolyte imbalance. A normal amount will not affect your asthma.
