Regular diet: If a 3 year-old child is healthy, she/he should be on regular healthy diet with all varieties of meat, fish, vegetables and fruits cooked or prepared in low salt, low sugar and low fat way like every one else. Also, healthy drinks like low fat milk--2 cups a day and the rest water, to drink.
