Angina!Stop smoking!: This is a warning sign that you have structural heart damage (HEART DISEASE) that is probably caused by smoking tobacco products. Smoking tobacco releases toxins, in addition to nicotine, which causes damage to the vessels around the heart. The instantaneous "spasm" of blood vessels limits blood flow to the heart muscle, causing chest pain. Your body is trying to tell you something. See a doctor!
