Angina!Stop smoking!: This is a warning sign that you have structural heart damage (HEART DISEASE) that is probably caused by smoking tobacco products. Smoking tobacco releases toxins, in addition to nicotine, which causes damage to the vessels around the heart. The instantaneous "spasm" of blood vessels limits blood flow to the heart muscle, causing chest pain. Your body is trying to tell you something. See a doctor!

Why does my calf hurt when I stand on my toes?

Tight Calf Muscles!: The reason your calf hurts is how tight the entire muscle group is. When you stand on your toes, the calf muscle contracts, and if it is tight, then you may have pain. Performing runners' stretches are very beneficial and should help reduce the pain. If it continues, seek medical treatment with a podiatrist.
