Chest pain: Chest pain has multitude of causes of course including heart but in your age bracket much less common. The thoracic environment consists of ribs and muscles that can be strained. The morning time when arising from a supine position is noted. The main consideration would be gastroesophageal reflux.Experiments have shown that smokers have chronically diminished lower esophageal sphincter tone/ge reflux.
