Wish you good health and a healthy baby. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Stay clean: The meth exposure will soon disappear but consider this you last time for it to do so. Soon the baby's body will start forming poo and that can reflect any drug exposure back several months from the time of delivery. If you stay drug free, baby is no longer at risk and you would not be at risk of losing it to foster care.
