Probably not: Based on limited data, I could only find one study where they measured the effects of methoxyisoflavone on testosterone levels, and the conclusion was that there was no effect on testosterone production. See https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2129166/ Hope that helps!
