?dehydration: One reason for feeling sore after exercising is not taking in enough water. Being somewhat dehydrated can make the muscles sore. You need to be drinking plenty of water both before and after exercise. Try also adding a multivitmain/multimineral daily. Avoid excess caffeine, alcohol and sodas.
