... Shingles ...: 39 y/o female says I have small bumps on the whole right side of my scalp and it itches and is swelling and painful? If one has had Chicken Pox in younger years, Shingles will be the first to consider. Because the Eye on the same side could be affected, even if it was a different infection, best to see the PCP to be sure & to get appropriate treatment.
