About being worried: An escort likely has multiple partners, and thus may have STDs. A guy should either not worry when visiting escorts, or not visit escorts and not worry, but not "visit escorts and then worry"... as the latter would be an odd way to live life. That said, shaving can cause little breaks in the skin, possibly making it easier for certain things to enter (think syphilis spirochetes in vaginal fluid).
