Foot anatomy: The bones of your foot consist of the navicular which Is conneceted to the cuneiforms (medial, intermediate and lateral) which are then connected to your metatarsals 1,2,3 Your peroneus tertius attachest o your fifth metatarsal that connects to your cuboid. The cuboid is a cube shaped tarsal bone just behind your fifth metatarsal. ON the picture to the left you can see the cuboid,
