No: No, do not take two singulair, but there are other medicines for allergies that are more effective. Oral antihistamines (like cetrizine) or antihistamine eye drops (like Alaway or Claritin Eye) are helpful for sneezing, itching, runny nose, and itchy eyes. Nose sprays that contain steroid also can help with the inflammation in the nose and sinuses.
