What r the symptoms of aortoesophageal & aortoenteric fistulas?could i have either and not know?especially if it's small? how long until death? years?

Obvious symptoms: The aorta is the high-pressure, biggest artery coming out of the heart. A small fistula connected to it would have high pressure blood squirting out with each heartbeat. That means a person would be throwing up lots of blood or pooping out lots of blood.
