Sinusitis?: Chronic nasal obstruction increases the risk for sinusitis due to closure of the sinus opening. Thus I am not surprised that Levofloxacin helped. On the other hand, if your nose remains stuffy often, the problem will come back again. Talk to your allergist about ways to control the nasal obstruction.
