I get a twitching sensation in middle of chest where hearts at no sob or anything just weird feeling and my heart rate is normal could this be gas?

Muscular: Where the twitches have no relationship to the pulse or heart beat, these sensations don't come from disturbances in the heart rhythm and most likely come from irritable muscle fibers in the chest wall. Gas distress is usually sharp and jabbing.
