Commonly used: It is not unusual for your OTO specialist to place you on a short course of oral steroid at the same time you are started on a nasal spray like Flonase. If the 5mg prednisone steroid you are taking was not prescribed by the same doctor that prescribed the Flonase, please notify them immediately
