Bursitis: You may be developing inflammation of the trochanteric bursa in the hip joint. At your age it is unlikely to be developing arthritis but that is always a possibility. This could also be referred pain from a pinched nerve in the lower back. You need to visit your doctor to get some blood tests and maybe an Ultrasound scan of your hip joints done to decide on the diagnosis. Try anti inflammatories!
