BTL is forever: If your fallopian tubes were cut, you had a bilateral tubal ligation, then you do not expect them to grow back together. Tubal ligation is a permanent sterilization procedure. Sometimes, you can do surgery to reattach the tubes. And sometimes, rarely, the surgery fails and you can get pregnant. Most of the time, if you want to be pregnant, ivf would be necessary.
