Very unlikely: The combination of cutting and burning tubes makes it VERY unlikely that they will be able to grow back together naturally. Some fancy micro surgery might allow a return to fertility but even this is not likely.

Very Unlikely: First of all - the decision and surgery to tie your tubes should always be thought of as permanent. Your doctor should not be leaving tubes with the purpose that you might want kids in the future. Tubal ligations have a small failure rate so it is not that the tubes grow back together but that the surgery fails. There is a higher risk of tubal pregnancy if you get pregnant after a tubal ligation.
