my nose got fractured 5 months back in an accident, and it still pains . please tell me why does it pain even after it has been a long time.

Slow healing: Because most of the nose structure from cartilage,it has every few blood vessels similar to nerve tissues ,low blood supply leads to slow healing, it well eventually heal you have to keep it clean and follow post operative instructions , good luck
