Cosmetic dentistry: There are multiple things a dentist can do to fix some chips on your upper front teeth. Every situation is different and there are multiple different options, given the situation. They can be fixed by white bondings, possibly reshaping the existing tooth to smooth out the chips, and if the chips are extensive enough, then possibly veneers or crowns.

Clinical examination: If the fractures are small, perhaps the area can be smoothed out. The dentist needs to do a clinical examination to determine if anything more extensive, such as bonding or veneers is needed.
