Yes you can: You can skip the placebo pills, open a new package and continue taking only the 21 active pills cycles after cycles for 3 to 4 months continuously. Remember that an intrauterine device or a contraceptive subdermal implant is much more effective reliable and "forgettable" method of contraception than oral contraceptive pills like Gildess and may be better options for you.
