Normal bacteria: It is normal to have U. urealyticum in the genital tract. It rarely causes symptoms or disease of any kind; half of all healthy young adults have it. Oral infection has not been studied. It probably is rare and anyway probably wouldn't cause any problems. This is nothing to be worried about.
