Exam needed: Contusion of the abdominal wall and possible intestinal injury are possibilities. Since you have ongoing lower abdominal discomfort and lack of bowel movement, an examination by a physician is needed. Very worrisome symptoms would be abdominal distension, vomiting, and bloody stools.
