Pain: Right lower abdominal pain can be for various reasons. Top causes would be appendicitis, ovarian problem, kidney stone or UTI. Muskuloskelatal problems too. Appeddicitis will usually march on and be associated with pain on movement and relieved by rest. Kidney stones and ovarian cysts are usually more sudden in onset. UTI typically associated with urinary symptoms and fever.
