Unlikely: If it is true scalp ringworm, the topical lotions can reduce the surface growth but the problem is deeper.Scalp ringworm gets down into the root system of the hair and usually requires oral prescription meds that get there through the blood. IF your problem is really a ringworm, it is unlikely to go away with such treatment.
