I used a new gel nail polish now my hands are itchy swollen and feel like their on fire should i seek medical help?

Maybe : Remove the nail polish. Use some Benadryl for the itching and swelling. See if that helps. If not or if things worsen, swelling spreads all over or you have trouble breathing then see a doctor.

Yes: But you may start using topical hydrocortisone cream on it for the time being until you get to the doctor.
