I was sitting on the couch bent over to get the dog toy felt like a huge balloon burst in my stomach no pain at but for the last hour having small bubbles under rib cage? everything is right sided and still no pain, dangerous?

Evaluation: Watch for pain, difficulty breathing and shortness of breath. From your description a chest radiograph is indicated to rule out a collapsed are of your right lung. Please see urgent care, rest and monitor your temperature. The injury is unlikely to be related to a rib fracture unless there was trauma to the area.
