Have been using systane eye drops (4 times/day) for seeing glare/starburst at night from street/headlights. how long should i wait to see it improve?

Depends...: If the cause is dry eyes you should see some immediate improvement when using the drops. If it is after refractive surgery it may be due to the surgery. In dry eyes that do not respond to artificial tears there are other drops and procedures. You should discuss these with your eye md.

Need eye exam: Systane is an eye lubricant. If your symptoms were due to dry eyes it could help but there are many other conditions that can cause the halos you see. It ouwld be best to ahve an eye exam.
