WRIST REPLACEMENT?: Have not heard of any wrist replacement. The wrist bones involved are several and only your ortho knows the extent of damage. She probably needs a constant wrist support and to be more careful for any repeated trauma

Wrist injury: There is a wrist replacement available. They do not typically last as long as other joint replacements. A more predictable surgery for a young person is wrist fusion.
