One day period: Your last period may have appeared normal, but it was "late" and may not have been a true "period" but just implantation bleeding. The "one day" bleeding with your next due "period" does not guarantee that you are not pregnant. Obtain a serum pregnancy test from your health care provider, which will be very accurate.
