Total cholesterol.Ldl so called bad cholesterol, HDL so called good cholesterol and triglycerides.If your LDL is high and HDL is normal or low, then it is called hyperlipidemia and needs to be treated with diet, exercise and medications.Triglycerides are by itself a risk factor and if it is high needs rx.
