Probably ok: but am more concerned if you are not involved with other forms of treatment for your anxiety and OCD. Benzodiazepines are effective for anxiety, but have some serious downsides, and they are not the preferred drug in OCD. You should talk to your prescriber about use of antidepressant meds like SSRIs or SNRIs which may be more effective. Talk to your pharmacist about it as well.
