Get checked ASAP: You are right to be concerned. This is not normal at all. What can be causing this is hard to say, though. You definitely need to be seen ASAP to be checked and have an appropriate exam, and any recommended labwork and/or imaging studies. Hopefully, there is nothing major wrong, but there is no way to be sure without being examined. So please get seen this week. You don't want to get worse!
