Dry eyes: A Schirmer's test is used to measure tear production. Greater than 10mm is considered normal. At 10mm you are right on the border. Computer use not associated with lack of tear production. Be sure to follow up with your eye doctor for appropriate evaluation and treatment. Hope this helps. Good luck.
