Get it evaluated: When you start getting symptoms with a mole, whether it's itching, pain, or bleeding, it's important to get it evaluated to make sure there is not something worrisome. Many times it is normal for moles to become inflamed and the symptoms will resolve on their own. But it's just safer to have it evaluated by a dermatologist.

May be coincidental: that a pimple is in the same place as the mole, but it's best to get it checked by your doctor. Meanwhile you can put warm compresses on the area and take some acetaminophen or ibuprofen for the soreness.
