No: There are no interactions between folic acid and melatonin. However, be aware that folic acid is a synthetic chemical that does not occur in nature. Our bodies must convert it to L-5-MTHF, the active form of folate. About half of people have genetic issues that interfere with this conversion, so many people get much greater benefit from taking L-5-MTHF rather than folic acid.
