Belly pain: He should be observed for an abdominal infection such as appendicitis and be seen by MD pedi if persists or fevers, vomiting continues. Otherwise, you can give clear liquids ie Crystal light, BRAT ( bananas, rice, apple sauce, toast), soup, no milk products and watch for fevers, diarrhea in case this is viral.
