Low CD57 lymphs : These are "natural killer" cells, parts of the body's adaptive immune system. Low counts often point to a chronic infection, like Lyme disease, if you are in a Lyme-disease prone area and may have been in the woods, etc., it is worth checking your Lyme titers.
