A member asked:

I got a cd57 nk-cell result of 15, is that normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Low CD57 NK-cells: Cd57 count is low but what does it mean? Some physicians believe low cd57 is a marker for persistent lyme disease. If you are having symptoms of lyme - arthritis, neurologic problems - they would interpret this result as evidence of persistent infection & recommend additional long-term antibiotics. Most physicians disagree. You & your md must discuss the pros & cons & decide what's best for you.
