Pain due to multiple: sclerosis is typically sensory/burning discomfort in the extremities (arms/legs), back pain or muscle tightness from spasticity....not sure that "left side" pain apparently in the chest/heart area would fall into this category. I would first suspect some musculoskeletal pain due to something else: simple muscle strain or injury. I would discuss with your neurologist or primary care provider:)
