See your doctor: Loss of appetite with a cough and blood stained nasal discharge could mean a simple viral infection or something more sinister. The blood could be from burst tiny blood vessels in the nose from blowing your nose excessively or after heavy coughing bouts. You need a proper workup by your doctor. You would probably need a CXR as well.
