Not norma;: but sounds like it needs to be evaluated by Ear Nose and Throat specialist! (It sounds like its from UPPER respiratory system. At your age BENIGN causes most likely! (Dryness leading to irritation!) Hope this helps! Dr Z

Blood tinged sputum: Because you are in India, TB and Rheumatologic Heart conditions come to my mind as possible causes. But you are young, I believe otherwise healthy and not having Fever,night sweats, Cough and non smoker are all in your favour. It could be from Upper Respiratory infection, or Teeth/Gum Problem. Get examined.
