Could be worse: A good thing: it has beta carotene instead of preformed Vitamin A which can cause birth defects. Otherwise it is a hyped-up waste of money. No amount of biotin will produce better hair, skin, or nails. The important vitamin in pregnancy is FOLIC ACID and this is most important at conception + early pregnancy.
