Muscle mass: Make sure your health is good by seeing your doc. Then work w/a personal trainer at the gym. Eat plenty of protein. This can be in the form of protein powder drink each morning, eggs & cheese if you are lacto-vegetarian. Seeds and nuts good also. Vegetarians can become low in vitamin B 12. SUBLINGUAL B 12 tablets can help w/that. Peace and good health.
